terms and conditions below. The following terms and conditions are
intended to be fair to all parties concerned and to aid in the supply
of services. This agreement represents the complete agreement and
understanding between BahamaSites.net and the client.
Definitions:
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of BahamaSites.net . Bahama Sites: The website department of registered company Island Stubs Holdings Ltd. with contractors providing specific website
design and development services
Payment of Accounts
The
website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of BahamaSites.net until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. A 50% deposit
is required from any new client before any work is carried out. Upon
final approval of the site design by client, the final deposit is
required before all material is submitted to client.
